Soapbox Saturday: CSN Stores

I was really excited to work with CSN Stores again.  Why?  Because they are reliable and they carry anything you can think of in their various online stores.  This time we reviewed this retro Radio Flyer Tricycle.  I adore it.  I kind of have a thing for retro-looking toys and I have always loved Radio Flyer, so this was pretty much a dream.  I don't know if I can call a bike pretty, but this one sure is to me.

Our neighborhood has tons of hills in it, so I was really pleased to get this one with an optional handle on the back.  That way when Rex gets tired or if the hill is too steep, I can just push him along.

Now the question is, does he like it?  Let's take a look.

Yup.  I think he likes it.

This is kind of my perfect little dream of what a boy is...cute little trike, messy bedhead hair, chocolate face, and playing hard.

And he's off.  Thank you CSN Stores.  Your web site it great.  Everything ships quickly.  You carry everything in the world and you ROCK!!!

  1. What a cutie! And I love those retro bikes too! My 5 year old has a big radio flyer from Restoration Hardware that I actually splurged on years ago but I love this one too!

  2. Yeah, I love these trikes, too! We just got a similar one (has the double-decker back) at a yard sale. It was a great score. :)

  4. love the bike, it's so cute!! (so is that kidlet of yours ;)) However, I must say: Where is his helmet?? Start him on that habit early, it could save his life (I speak from personal experience -- one fall off my bike WITH a helmet led to having brain surgery)

  5. Cute cute. PS I love the Argentina shirt!!

Andrea- My daughter is the same as her boy and they don't make helmets that fit her properly and the dr says that it is more of a risk than a help. Maybe that is why there is no helmet or it was an impromptu photo shoot.

  8. Awww how sweet but a word of warning: you are going to turn around and that little tyke is going to be driving off on his wedding day. Cherish these moments and I know you are but dang they grow up so fast!

  9. We had one of those and it was a hit with every kid. It's now been passed down to bean. It was Em's first and favorite. I have a feeling that will get lots of miles on it at your house.

  11. We had a radio flyer just like that one - (minus the handle as handles weren't around 9 years ago) - for our first daughter. Very bummed that I gave it away when I thought there were to be no more kids for us. My now 2 1/2 yr old would have loved it.

  12. I had a similar one when I was a girl and I rode it until my knees started hitting the handlebars.
