Butterfly Pretzels

Today's craft is easy, messy, and tasty.  We wanted to make a fun snack for our family night.  A few months ago my mom had suggested the idea of making butterflies with pretzels, so we went to work.  This is what we came up with.

You need wax paper, gummy worms, white chocolate, pretzels, and sprinkles.  Melt the chocolate.  (You could mix in some food coloring if you wanted.)  Drip a line of it on the wax paper and lay the worm on that line.  Then dunk your pretzels and lay them on both sides of the worm.  Sprinkle before they dry.  It was a fun, tasty treat that Rex could help me make.  He was the sprinkle man.

Don't be fooled by the picture.  This tough guy loved these little butterflies.  Even Spiderman has a sensitive side, you know.

Thanks for dropping in.  Tomorrow I have a girly sewing project I think you'll love.  Stay tuned.
