Feature Friday - Believe Banner and Pear Tart

Today's Feature Friday is a double one because I just tried 2 things from Kalleen's blog (At Second Street) and I wanted to tell you about both of them.  First of all, she has a free printable for this Believe banner you can put up for Christmas.  Isn't it pretty?  I love her explanation of how "Believe" has two meanings for her.

I printed it off yesterday.  I wanted to add some more Christmas decorations to our home without spending money.  This was perfect.  My printer is low on ink, so mine came out brown instead.  No biggie.  I like brown.  I had some green satin ribbon that worked perfectly.  I strung it above our window by the Christmas tree.  The picture doesn't really do it justice because I had to take the picture at night.

You can find her tutorial and free printable HERE.

And one more quick thing from At Second Street.  Kalleen shared this pear pie recipe a while back.  She said it was easy and a crowd pleaser, so I gave it a shot.  It was SO GOOD!!!  I don't even have pictures to show you because it was gone that fast.  Here is a picture of hers and the recipe is posted HERE.

Thanks so much for sharing all your talents and secrets with us Kalleen!  (My husband thanks you for that pear pie in particular.)

Have a great weekend!
