Hey everyone. We're going on a little trip today over to Katy's blog, No Big Dill where she has been doing a month long sewing series based on children's books. It's called Once Upon a Thread.
Here's the book I chose.
Here's a sneak preview. Come check it out HERE.
Thanks for stopping by. Tomorrow is Wake Up Wednesday. (Have you remembered to say sorry this week?) See you then!

Excellent book choice. We love it!
I love your outfit - and I need that book! Tone
I LOVE THIS BOOK! Had to get it for both my children when they were born and still tear up. every.time. :-)
This is one of my favorite books to read to my kids, I'm glad you chose it.
One of my all time favorite books! I gave one to each of my daughters and my youngest asks me to read it ALL the time! Take care, Laura
Cheri, that is one of my favorite books too!! I read that when I need time to appreciate where we are in life. Sometimes life with two under 3 can get crazy, but I know "someday" I'm going to really miss it. Great job!!

Is it too late for the pattern/donation thing? I just found out about it through no big dill. I love your outfit for once upon a thread, and love the tote pattern. I donated to the red cross for Japan a week or so ago. If you are still emailing out patterns I would love one, if not I understand.
Thanks!

what an adorable book! those pants look so cozy and i love the idea of stitching a simple design on a t-shirt-esp a swing! another great idea!
Great book. Great outfit. You are very talented and creative!
Cheri your post totally made me tear up and I haven't even read the book. Have you read Lucado's "Just In Case You Ever Wonder"? On a good day I start to lose my voice on the first page.
I'm going to have to find a copy of that book! Love the outfit too!
Cheri, adorable of course! I just read this book for the first time. My niece introduced me to it. Tears for sure! Great project! This series has been so fun!
the shirt is adorable! I love it
