Soapbox Saturday - Soft Spoken

I am really excited to tell you about this new sponsor we have here.  The shop is called Soft Spoken and after looking through the shop I had to wipe up a puddle of drool afterwards.  Soft Spoken is a gorgeous shop full of hip, chic, crochetted goodness.  There are bags, hats, scarves, clothing, jewelry, cowls, and more.
I had a really hard time picking which items to show you.  I seriously love this shop.  Okay, let's stroll through the aisles.
I think this Chevron Necklace is so cute.

I think this Haight St. Headband is really unique and beautiful.

I love this gorgeous Gray Poncho Tunic.

If I had a dog, I think she'd be sporting this Pup Sweater.

How about this Shoreline Cowl in Sunshine.  It makes me anxious for autumn.

I am a sucker for Kelly Green.  Check out this Bubble Beret.

Lastly, I love this Striped Beanie.  I adore beanies on guys.  I think my husband would rock this one.

And that's only the tip of the iceberg.  Go ahead and shop the rest of Soft Spoken HERE.

Thanks for dropping in.

Oh wow! That hat rocks! I'm going to have to get one for my daughter. The girl wears hats every single day. Seriously. Even on vacation!

All of this makes me feel old! I was a little younger than you the first time all of this was "in style"! :)

what is with the cowl? Please enlighten me, because to me, it looks like she just slipped her yellow purse strap over her head and is using the purse part as a bib.

I understand a cowl necks sewn into an article of clothing. But I don't get this. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, I'm just pretty much baffled.

Annie - Here's the deal with cowls. They are really big right now. I LOVE them because they can spice up an outfit with color. But, my favorite thing is to wear them instead of a scarf in the winter. You don't have any scarf tails hanging out and it adds some fun color to your ensemble. Sometimes you have to play with them a bit to get them to lay right. I think they are so cute.
