Baden turned three this past week. Man, I love that kid. He has had me wrapped around his finger from day one. While he comes off as a cranky old man in public, he is the happiest most easy going kid at home. He has a lot of funny things to say and he learns quickly.
You've come a long way, buddy.
The morning after we celebrated his birthday Baden ended up going downstairs while we were all still upstairs. When we all got downstairs we found this. He can found some extra cupcakes on the counter, retrieved them with his stool, and he was ready to dig in for breakfast. Smooth, buddy. You gotta milk that birthday for all it's worth.
Yesterday I was on my way home with the boys and they both fell asleep in the car. I honestly don't think that has ever happened. It started raining and I could smell the rain and it was so peaceful. I had one of those moments where my heart felt like it could burst. Life is such a blessing and I feel so lucky to have these two beautiful boys.
Tomorrow we start for the love. There will be a great auction and I can't wait to tell you about the cause I've chosen. See you then. Thanks for reading.
What a sweet, little boy! That about broke my heart seeing that blessing photo! We just blessed my baby 2 weeks ago and it is crazy to see her grow up even from that time. Three years will blow my mind! Happy Belated Birthday Baden!

Baden is a doll face. I have two boys (3 1/2 and 2) so I really love reading your blog. I feel like I can relate a lot to you! :) Thanks for being awesome.

great simple spiderman cake, love it! my little guy turns 3 in a week and a half, been trying to figure out what to do for his cake, he loves spiderman too!
