Alright. It's DONE!!! Can I get a wahoo? Here's a little video tour of the completed playroom. Hopefully you'll enjoy the tour guide - my nephew Camden. He makes a great Vana. Thanks also to my brother-in-law for putting together the video. He rocks!
Now here's a flashback for you. This was the playroom BEFORE we moved in. (Note: NOT our stuff!)
Yikes! It kind of made my head hurt.
Now, if you missed any of the series, here's a link to everything I've done.
The mini mailbox. My father-in-law put this together for me, along with the ladder. He's awesome.
The train - part one, part two, and part three. I also owe a HUGE thanks to my 'lil sis and her husband who helped me make the train idea a reality.

Wow...now that is a seriously FUN playroom!!! I LOVE the train and all it's unique parts. I bet you are gonna have a lot of mommy's wanting playdates at your house!!!! Now I am just curious...what did you do with all the stuff that was previously in the playroom?
That is quite the playroom! I wouldn't want my kids to play in it just because they would mess it up!
My youngest, Maddie, watched the video tour with me and said wistfully, "I want to go in that room!" Well done, Cheri! I'm always impressed by you!
Katie - It wasn't our stuff. That was the room BEFORE we moved in. Thank goodness it all belonged to the previous owner. Yikes, I hope my kids never have that much stuff!
Oh no, how sad - I can't watch the video. Says it contains Sony Music material and is therefore not available anymore?
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!! That play room is awesome!!! Holy cow!!! I can not believe how creative & amazing that room is! Nice work team! Nice! Your host is adorable, btw. =)

Okay Cheri this is how I first found you! Now I remember! That adorable tree wall! SOoo cute. Excellent job.
p.s. I'm assuming the previous owners of your house don't read your blog, right?? (mine does, lol!)
Wowie. THIS is the exact kind of thing I aspire to someday, when we own instead of rent. Thank you for laying it all out!
That is such a fun playroom! I love the wall of photos and the mailbox in the wall. I bet your kids just love playing in there.

This is adorable, you did a great job!
I'm including this, and the nursery your sister designed, in my post today. Hope that's okay. Please let me know if it's not. Hope you're having a good day!
That's incredible! I love the peep through window. If I were a kid, I would wanna come over to your house to play ALL the time. Great job!
Your kid's room is terrific! I was amazed at all the cute ideas you had and actually brought to life. My favorite is the apple tree with the ladder and bucket..such fun!
Did I miss what color the paint was!? I LOVE it!
The paint color is Russian Blue from Behr, but it's at 50% so it's lighter.
It's official. You're a genius.
I have been wanting a bigger house so that I can use the spare room as a craft room...now I want it for a play room! That is incredible. I'm soo jealous! :) You rock. Seriously.
I just found this! It is so awesome! Our son is bored in his play room, even though it's filled with toys. These are really great ideas! Thanks so much for sharing.
O my! I guess I'm looking at this a little late...but I just "found" it and had to say, this is amazing! I hope someday I can be that creative as well! I hope your boys still love it...and that they stay little enough to enjoy it for a long time! :)
OH...Wow!!! I want to come play, I want to be creative, I want a toy room. This rocks !!

I wish to have a big play room to "copy" your increible ideas...
Congratulations from Barcelona, Spain.
So inspiring!! I want this room for my 2 boys!!
awesome...you are so creative and I'm sure your boys love the interactive pieces that you've added for them!!
Oh my goodness! I love your playroom. I have two boys (5 & 3) and they would love this! I have so many ideas now. The train with the look-through is absolutely ingenious! BTW...I loved your comments about boys climbing onto the mantle if you don't give them something to climb! SO TRUE!!!
What a fun playroom! Your kids are very lucky. Love the peek-a-boo door. It's brilliant.
O what FUN!!! My Little Mister would just LOVE this room! I wonder... if it will fit in my passage, as we dont have any space for a playroom :)
This is AMAZING!!!! My boys would love something like this. Someday......
thats so cute ..is there a window in the train?ti next room?
Any tips for someone wanting to try the mailbox idea? I'm guessing there's a cleat of sorts inside against the wall?
Yes, there is a cleat of wood. The cleat is shaped exactly like the mailbox and it's screwed into the stud. Then the mailbox fits over it perfectly and the mailbox is screwed around the perimeter into that cleat. I hope that makes sense!
Cheri
