I mentioned last Sunday that I was grateful for things to look forward to. Well, my parents have arrived! It has been ridiculously fun to have them around the last couple of days. They've been playing with my kids, helping me with projects, and telling us all about their Russian adventures.
We even got to hit IHOP, which is kind of a tradition with them. Can you tell we might not be the quietest table at the place?
And to add to the fun I have a niece in town, too. Rex has fallen in love with her and told us he's going to marry her. I haven't burst his bubble yet to tell him he can't marry his cousin.

My family is pretty cool. I got really lucky.
See you tomorrow!

I'm so happy for you that they are home! That must be a great feeling. I'm thankful for their service in the church!
That is just so tempting. I want to get on a plane right now and join you. You're pretty lucky to score Mads for a while. She is amazing.
