Feature Friday

Today for Feature Friday I wanted to showcase a couple of newer blogs that you might want to keep on your radar.  Sometimes you guys tell me you're on the lookout for some new blogs to follow, so here are a couple new puppies to follow.  (You know you can substitute "puppy" for almost any noun.  It's great.)

First up is Knock Off Decor.  Who doesn't love a good knock off?  You can even search by store name and browse through all the knock offs people have submitted.

Restoration Hardware-Inspired Industrial Coffee Table

 Yeah, there's a lot of incredible projects over there.
The other site is Roadkill Rescue.    The idea is that people turn cast away furniture into amazing items.  The before and afters on this site are awesome.  Here are a few that I loved:

Dining Chairs Makeover 

The thing I love with about this site is that you see a picture of the original furniture and think, "Wow.  That's crazy nasty."  Then you click on the whole story and see what they turned it into and you say, "I want that SO badly."  It's unreal.
