For the Love - Auction 10

Today is our 10th "For the Love" auction.  (If you need a refresher, you can read the whole explanation HERE.)  In short, we're auctioning off a beautiful item each Monday of the summer from a talented blogger.  The proceeds will go to a great cause and you'll find some new blogs to follow along the way.

(You can read about our cause right HERE if you haven't seen the post yet.  I think you'll fall in love with Owen just like I did.)

Our last auction was won by both Heathers!  We'll be in touch.  Thanks!

Today's auction item comes from Rach at Family Ever After.

I got to meet Rach at Snap.  She was SO cute and really kind.  Her blog covers a lot of topics ranging from DIY and crafts, printables, recipes, travel, fashion, decor, and more.  She has a great sense of humor and she's the kind of girl you wished would move in next door.   Rach has generously donated this nursing shawl......
to our auction.

I wish I would have had this when I was nursing my little ones.  They moved and tugged so much that I was always scared of nursing in public.  This shawl makes it pretty easy to be modest.  You don't even have to worry about your shirt being hiked up in the back.

The boning at the neckline makes it easy to check in on the baby.

Want to make your own?  You can find Rach's tutorial HERE.

Want to see what else Rach is up to?  I love this fun idea of a Back to School celebration she posted about HERE.

Take a look at her Pottery Barn-inspired Christmas advent calendar HERE.

I also just had to show you this stenciled wall HERE.  I absolutely LOVE this and wish I could magically transport it to a place in my home.

Now, if you'd like to bid on the nursing shawl, you may do so in the comment section.  Please make sure I have a way to contact you, in case you win the auction.  (You can also comment without bidding, if you just want to leave a regular comment.)

The bidding will be open until next Monday.  Thank you, Rach, for donating your awesome nursing shawl.

Thanks for reading.

  1. What a smart idea to have a nursing cover that goes all the way around! I had one of those apron kind, but it was never enough. Such a great idea!
