So You Think You're Crafty Recap

Well, So You Think You're Crafty has ended.  Thank to all of you who ventured over there and voted the past several weeks.  I actually won, which was kind of fun.  However, I wanted to share with you some of the great ideas that came from the other crafters this season.  So, here are a few of my favorites.

Emilie from Emilie Handmade made a Knuffle Bunny.  Rex loves that Mo Williams book and I thought recreating an actual Knuffle Bunny was ingenius.  She did a great job.  Click HERE for her full tutorial.  Wouldn't that make an awesome present?  The book with the Knuffle Bunny?

Kim from A Girl and a Glue Gun made this painted shower curtain.  No one can sneak up on you with this baby.  It's got peek-a-boo holes in it.  I thought it was really fun.  You can find out how she made it HERE.

Vanessa from Tried and True made this fish backpack that I thought was adorable.  She hasn't posted a tutorial for it, but maybe she will.

Carrie from Tao of Craft had a lot of incredible projects.  My jaw dropped when I saw this amazing cowboy cake she made.  The girl has some serious skills.  If you're into felt food, you should also check out her Asian tea party.

It was a busy 10 weeks, but I'm glad I did it.  Deadlines and a little competition bring out some of my best ideas.  Tomorrow I'm going to show you my sister's master bedroom.  She's done some really cool stuff.  See you tomorrow!  Thanks for reading!
