You know how you get excited when something good happens to someone good? That's pretty much how I feel about today's post. You see Lindsay from the Cottage Mama just put out the loveliest book and she is such a talented and extremely kind person. I was thrilled that she asked me to review her book. It's awesome.
I haven't had the chance to make anything from the book yet because it just arrived yesterday, but I am really anxious to sew a lot of things in it.
Do you see the adorable pockets on it? I love it.
Lindsay's designs are so beautiful and I love the unique touches she adds - like the pockets on these pants. So cute!
And what little girl doesn't love a twirling skirt?
The book has lots of pictures to help you along the way, which is something I always appreciate. I feel I can sew more confidently when I can see the pictures to confirm I'm doing it right.
All the patterns are on a CD in the back of the book so you can easily print them off as you need them.
The patterns and pictures in this book are just beautiful and I highly recommend it if you have a girl in your life to sew for.
If you'd like to see more of the book you can follow the book tour listed above. You can purchase the book HERE on her site or HERE on Amazon. It's not too late to sew up some holiday goodness! And the book will be available in major retailers shortly.
Thanks for stopping by.
